Just screw the separate flag stabilizer on to the vertical part of your garden flag pole as a horizontal extension arm. Secure the lower end of your flag with the two black clips provided. The sawed clips will stabilize the flag and prevent it from being blown over.
Packaged and sold separately as a garden flag enhancer. Flag and flag pole shown are not included.
